Dear indian consumer complaints, rbi and hdfc bank,
Let me begin by saying that the hdfc bank has closed there customer support, a bank who has no customer support and people's money are involved here in this bank.
I purchased a product online at amazon.in, i cancelled it on that very day only due to financial reason. I needed to cancel my emi with hdfc.
This is my registered email id with my hdfc account - [protected]@gmail.com
I sent them all the details, and the confirmed loan is active but due to covid situation, they do not people available to cancel the loan hence they can not help, this is pathetic support from hdfc.
I filed a complain formally with rbi india. I will request hdfc to get this resolved and get the emi cancelled at the earliest.
No one is replying to any of the messages, email, phone call at hdfc, here are all the email id's, visited hdfc branch, no one helped me.
Branch visited : direct home branch : d 87/2, block d, baishnabghata patuli twp, patuli, kolkata, west bengal 700094 (No help received)

Customer service reported they can not help (Mr samrat deb), since they are not trained for this. Customer service, specially this man was very rude.
