HDFC Bank — cancellation of membership

I am a hdfc credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs 1899/- from my credit card ending with 7485 on[protected] without my consent. Last year also similar thing happened. I had requested the oneassist not to renew my membership in december 2017 but inspite of that it is renewed. Cancel my renewal and credit back the amount

While paying for ACM membership through my Debit Card, the transaction got failed but an amount of Rs.1024 was deducted from my account of Corporation Bank.
Please revert back my money.
