HDFC Bank — Cancellation of one assist

I m a hdfc bank customer. The amount of rs 1399 has been deducted from my credit account ending 6109. Without my knowledge. I dont want this plan. Kindly cancel this plan and refund my money back to my account. My membership number is 11666542.
