[Resolved] HDFC Bank — cancellation of one assist membership

I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited one assist from my credit card number ending with 9876 without my permission on date:20/09/2017. And i have already email this matter on [protected]@oneassist.in and only receive that our customer service team will be responding to you within 48 working hours. And service request number for the email query is: 2371334. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount. And never ever renew this kind of service without permission

Actually i was applied for credit card 10days ago. All the verification has been done like on call and physical verification.
Credit card status is showing in progress.
Please help me out and i stucked even i call to bank but no responce
