HDFC Bank — cancellation of one assist membership

I am an hdfc credit card holder with card number ending 0938 and one assist relationship number they have sent me is 2795294. This oneassist membership was given to me without my knowledge and rupees 1299 was debited from my card. I contacted the oneassist customer care but your executives were too annoying not letting me cancel the membership and explaining me again and again your services even after i said i am not interested. Please cancel my one assist membership and refund my money back.

Updated by Amal krishnan u I contacted the oneassist customer care but their executives were too annoying not letting me cancel the membership and explaining me again and again their services even after i said i am not interested. Please cancel my one assist membership and refund my money back .
