HDFC Bank — cancellation of one assist membership

I already cancelled of one assist membership

But rs. 1299/- debited from my credit card number ending with 7017 without my concern on date:20/10/2017. If i already canceled my membership then how can you debit the amount from my card.
I want my refund asap
