HDFC Bank — cancellation of one assist membership

I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1299/- from my credit card number ending with 6256 without my concern on date:31/10/2017. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1299/- as soon as possible my mrmbership id is [protected]

Updated by rakeshborse Hdfc bank has debited rs 1299 from my credit card without authentication. For one assist membership fees my credit card ending 626 has been subscribed for oneassist on[protected]. I havent applied for this, please cancel this plan and refund my money please stay away from h. D. F. C and one assist worst company with worst custumer service
I called custumer care several time but and request for cancellation but they didnt
And how could hdfc is allowing auto deduction

So kindly cancel my subscription, and refund my amount..
