I am blocked from doing online banking transaction due to the issue with HDFC's system. In the past few days i have tried to regenerate my password for online banking, but i do not receive the OTP via email or SMS to registered mobile.

yesterday 20th september 2017 i had tried to transfer an amount of 173 through TEZ app, and same had debited from my account ( ACC NO: [protected]). But the money didn't credit to beneficiary. Either you credit it to beneficiary or return the same amount.
