HDFC Bank — cancellation of one assist plan

Hi,
My name is saindhav kumar, my phone no. Is [protected]. Last week i have called from one assist in behalf of hdfc and they activating the 1899 plan in behalf of hdfc debit card i am not a credit card user but they also provide same services with credit card and submit my request.
I am not eager to participate in this scheme but they said that it is compulsory by hdfc bank for 1 year and they activating my service.
Please cancel my request regarding one assist plan for this i will be thankful to you.
