I don't know where to start i can start by saying your company is awful. I made contact on 1st july to cancel my policies and get the refund. 10 days gone i heard nothing then i had to chase and spend hours with customer support agents to hear rubbish. I shown my grievances on twitter but yet again ignored. Then on 18th july finally someone called and managed to check my email which i sent on 1st july and mentioned page2 of the policy cancellation form is missing. I asked him to call after 2 mins but he failed to call on time and since then i have heard nothing again. This is another level of ridiculous service you guys are providing. This is really mental harassment and taking a toll on me.
I really need the policies to be cancelled and refund to be processed.
