I opted one new policy after handing over the previous one on sat, aug 19, 2017. For this, i have not received my policy document for policy number 19530087. I did multiple followups with local branch in mg road, bangalore. And they refused for about the fact that it has been delivered to unknown person. On a followup with your customer care, i was informed that the document has been delivered to someone else, whom i do not know and is neither policy holder, nor nominee nor even a member of my family. It is an act of irresponsibility from bank for such a confidential and critical document.
Hence requested for cancellation : "i request you to please consider this email as my refusal to the policy and would like to cancel it effective today."
I am still following up this group o[censored]nprofessional/irresponsible s.
Please help me with this as i am really do not want to have any further relation ship with group in future.
Following is the last email written to them:

- i have not received any document.
- hence i want to cancel this policy.
Dose hdfc bank says that these confidential document can be handed/delivered over to any person 'relevant' or 'non relevant'? If yes, please reply clearly.
Or you have delivered it within your bank to some??? This is what i understand as per your response for here in this case. If it is so, then this will is totally unfair and fraud business.
I request your valid clarification on this as you are blocking my money and i am loosing my money for a time without my confirmation on this.
