[Resolved] HDFC Bank — cancellation on one assist

Hi team, My credit card is charged with rs.1899/- towards renewal of one assist membership. However, i do not wish to continue this membership. I was not contacted nor i was informed about the auto renewal of this product. Could you please deactivate my membership immediately and refund the amount. Feb 8, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved Thank you HDFC for resolving issue. The issue was resolved with single complaint. The process was totally hassle free I did not had to make continuous follow ups. Thank you once again. Gopal HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
