I have a car loan running with hdfc bank loan number #47506533 vehicle reg dl1cw6374. Last month my emi cheque was bounced on 7th, now according to your policy it was supposed to be presented in bank after 10-15 days but it was presented after 7 days and it happended for the 4 times in that same month after every 7 days the cheque got presented even after i had a word with one of your collegue that i would be paying the emi on 27th, now because of this illogical action which was even against your bank's policy i have to pay penalty to my bank for the charges of cheque bouncing 4 times. Who is reeponsible for this stupidity? This is the first time i have taken services from hdfc bank and i am highly dissapointed with this, i demand the waiver of the penalty or any other way because i dont deserve to pay that penalty. I would be paying penalty of 750 to hdfc bank for cheque bouncing and 1300 to my bank. Is this the way your bank works by making fool out of your customer, i need imediate response in this or else i would take this matter further
