HDFC Bank — Car loan noc request

Dear concern,

We took a car loan from your bank mall road branch amritsar in dec. 2011
Loan agreement number 20301905 vehicle no. Pb18m4485. Mackson pharma.

Due to business tour i was out of country during the period but all installments have been paid on time.

Two days ago i visited the branch for noc but bank representative employee code t2301 denied to provide me a noc.

She was demanding of rs.500 for fine.

Even i was demanding to provide me pod number or courier details but she denied.

Kindly take action on priority.
