[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Car loan repayment

Checked with bank for repaying my car loan for which appx 25 emi installments have been paid till date (On time with no single default). Am told that if i repay the loan there will be foreclosure charge of 3.64% which is a whopping 40k number. I remember rbi has directed to banks to not charge such penalties/charges for loan repayment. Loan account number is 33515803 in the name of rohit agarwal
