[Resolved] HDFC Bank — card charged twice, not yet received

I have used my debit card in more super market for 541.98, they swiped the card it says, charge reversed, but i got charged for that and they used the card again so i got charged twice. The first charge says aditya birla and second charge says more super market both for same charge, i raised dispute to the bank reference number 1440362, i even met with the bank manager regarding this issue, they are answering in a irresponsible way, they cannot do anything about it, can i file a case regarding this issue, how can i get my money back.

they have send an email, I have raised a dispute with reference before, they used it to reverse the charge
