[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — card is disapproved

We (10 people) applied for credit in 10 jan 2018 in our iit kharagpur campus. After fews day later they called us and verify name and other details then again 2 days later one hdfc credit card employ came and verify the residual addrees. After 15 days some student got the credit card but some didnt while we check for credit card status on hdfc web site they show us "disapproval of the credit card application does not reflect in anyway on your credit standing or your financial stability" but i dont understand that we all student have same finicial stability why bank gives credit to that student why not us. Kindly solve the problem.

As you have mentioned "We wish to inform you that your application has been considered in line with the bank's internal credit policy (which is based on a combination of financial and related criteria and/or statistically determined scores to assess credit eligibility) and operating/credit processes (which include a combination of verifications, credit bureau reports and document verifications). We regret to inform you that we are unable to approve your application as it does not meet the above mentioned internal criteria of the bank."
So my question to you is that how come other 20 students who had applied along with me for credit card are getting credit card but not me. Also the financial conditions stated by your bank applies same to them as well as me as we all are students in the same college. I am not able to understand your terms and conditions. That's a very bad service of hdfc bank. I therefore want my documents back which I had submitted earlier to be sent to my address.

We regret to inform you that we are unable to approve your application as it does not meet the above mentioned internal criteria of the bank." but my question is that we all are student there we all have same financial eligibilty the why soem student got the credit card. why this is not applied on other student... worst experince with hdfc bank really itss very bad.
