HDFC Bank — cash back not credited after purchase of iphone

I purchased an iPhone 11 worth Rs. 63000 from Sheeba tel janak puri New Delhi on 31.Dec.2019 & today is 1st May 2020 I have still not received the promised cash back of Rs 6000. It has been over 120 days.
