I have bought an iphone on january 1st and at that time i had an cash back offer of 5000 rupees if you pay through hdfc bank debit / credit card and i paid with my hdfc debit card but the cashback amount has not been credited in my account. It’s been a long time and hdfc bank is not paying attention to my complaint. The cashback has not been credited in the account despite being more than 4 months.
