Dear sir/madam,
On 4th november 2019 i made a purchase of television using hdfc credit card. I had made the decision of the purchase because of then-existing cashback offer. This is to bring to your notice that i have not received cashback. I have made all the payments dully on or before the due date. Till date, i have completed 5 instalments. During my purchase, i was informed that i will be receiving the cashback after completing 3 successful instalments but i haven’t received any cashback till date. I made this purchase only because of the cashback offer and was dependent on the cashback for the future instalments.
I have spoken to the customer service provider about this issue but my issue was not solved. As they were unable to solve the problem, i was recommended to mail my concern to the support team. I have already mailed my concern to your team number of times. I am never contacted by your personnel for solving my problem. I feel betrayed. This was not expected with such a reputed bank. I hereby attach the purchase bill and repayment schedule (For referring to the loan number or any additional information).
I believe that my problem will be taken seriously an immediate measure be taken on this as i still have 4 future pending instalments.
