HDFC Bank — Cash debited from my account wrongly

I will drop money from hdfc atm, sipcot siruseri chennai date of transaction 02/01/2017, time of transaction 3.30 to 4.00 o clock.
I will try 3 time transaction are error. Debit my cash on card 4000+2000+4000=10000, and next day bank will refund 4000+2000=6000, one payment 4000 is not refund to my account. And my mother debit card swipe at same time same day same atm that also try 2time of debited 4000+4000 but refund only rs4000. Balance 4000 are not refund, sir me and my mother account details are given in top, i will send you all of transaction details and contact details, please recover my both problem.
