HDFC Bank — Cashback after purchasing IPhone not received

I bought an iPhone XR on 4th-Jan-2020 with my credit card. I was entitled for a cashback of INR 5000 with a 6 Month EMI option. As of today, it's been 5 months and I haven't received any cashback.
