[Resolved] HDFC Bank — cashback for macbook pro not received

I purchased a macbook pro from apple authorized seller and was guaranteed rs.7000 cashback from the bank (Hdfc) side that will be credited within 120 days and it has been more than 120 days and still i haven't received the cashback yet.
