I want to raise a complaint against hdfc bank as payzapp is a fully owned app of hdfc bank. They are the parent company behing payzapp.
As per the payzapp "scan to pay" offer from 4th aug to 30th sep'2017 i was eligible for a cashback of rs.150 (100 + 50) as i made 2 transactions of more than rs.200 on participating merchants.
The cashback was expected to be credited in early october but its been almost 40 days i am following up with payzapp (Ticket=161-664) customer care but they are asking foolish questions again and again and keep irritating me. Whenever i am marking a mail to payzapp support ([protected]@billdesk.com, [protected]@payzapp.in) i received an auto-response that we will revert in 5 days and then i do not received any kind of mail. After reminding them, they ask me same questions like (Transaction id, first 4 digit and last 4 digit of card).
I would also like to highlight that i atleast made an attempt 100 times on their customer support [protected] but its quite strange to say that all the time it says the number is busy try again later.
I have attached the screenshot of "scan to pay" payzapp offer along with the screen shots of transactions i did during the offer period. Could you please check and escalate this matter to hdfc bank and penalise them.
