I have purchased an iphone 7 on 19/02/17 in offer of rs 6000 cash back which supposed to credit after 90 days on my card account but its more then 120 days now and i am still awaiting for the same.

I am attaching scanned copy of charge slip which was got fade in these many days, if you can't able to read pls let me know.

I have a made fund transfer of Rs 5000 from PAYZAPP app to another account on[protected] the transaction got failed and money didn't credit to my PAYZAPP wallet. I have tried calling on customer support no. [protected] and for clarification to refund, But the number is always busy.

My transaction through Payzapz app failed and the money is gone from both bank account and from payzapp balance. I have called customer care but they are not cooperating nicely. I need the money back as soon as possible.
