Hi Team, I am writing this with reference to the transaction made on 15th Dec 2019 for the consumer item paid by HDFC Credit Card with xxxx xxxx xxxx 4392. Below are the requisite details Loan Number[protected] EMI Tenure - 6 months Cashback to be received - 6000 INR Per the attached screenshot, I was supposed to received the Cashback of 6000 INR within 120 days of the transaction made. I have received my statement for the 4th payment but I haven't received any Cashback till now. What kind of service is this ? You are not fulfilling your promises. Please look into it asap.
