I purchased shoes from ajio on an cashback offer from hdfc which provided for cashback within 3 months of purchase but now it has been 6 months and to no avail hdfc has not given cashback as promised. I e-mailed them regarding my concern but still they don't want to listen. They must not announce cashback offers if they don't want to adhere to timeline. They caused mental agony to me, which i am thinking to bring up to the notice of consumer court soon.
