[Resolved] HDFC Bank — cashback not received as per offer

I have brought apple iphone 11 on dec 01 2019 from hdfc prepaid card and as per offer given by the hdfc bank of cashback of rs7000 by purchase of iphone of rs69999 within 120 days effective from last date of the month of purchase. But now its more than 120 days and i didnt recieved any cashback reward in my hdfc account. Kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible.
