[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — cashback not received

I purchased furniture from home centre in pacific mall, subash nagar on 28.07.2019. At the time of purchase we have been told that there is the scheme of 10% cashback on hdfc credit cards and i also received the sms for the same advertisement. Cashback was supposed to be received within 90 days. But now its been almost 5 months i. E. 150 days and still i haven’t received the cashback of 10% on my purchased amount. I complained to hdfc customer care atleast 8 times (Complaint nos are [protected] & [protected]) but there is no positive response & every time they told me to wait a bit more.
I request you to kindly provide me the cashback of 10% at earliest.
