HDFC Bank — cashback not received

I had purchased Iphone 11 from Imagine store, a division of Ample Technologies Private Limited on February 28, 2020. There was a cash back offer of Rs. 6, 000 for making payment by way of HDFC Credit card. I have not received cashback of Rs. 6, 000 till today. Kindly do the needful.
