[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — cashback not received

I Purchased a Iphone 11 on[protected] threw my debir card and mentioned that i will receive 6000 cashback in 120 days.. Now its upto 135 days still not received my cashback.. I am sending you swiping slip alongwith..solved this concern as soon as possible.. Thanks
