[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Cashback not received

I had purchased an iphone 11 using hdfc cashback offer on 21/01/2020. The offer stated that within 90 days the cashback will be credited in the bank account but it's already gone past more than 125 days yet i have not received the cashback and hdfc helpline are not providing sufficient details Its a fraud!.
