[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — cashback not received

Address: Pune

On 2nd jan 2020, i purchased iphone xr and aipods from montana store pune through my hdfc debit card ending with 3963, where there was a cashback offer within 90 days for hdfc account holders. Its almost 6 months i have’nt received any cashback.
Transaction details : iphone xr : [protected] (49900)
Air pods : [protected] (14000)
Please get this cash back cleared.

I tried calling and mailing hdfc bank customer care multiple times but no response.
Also when i visit the bank they ask me to contact customer care.
