HDFC Bank — Cashback not received

I have bought iphone11 with hdfc bank in the month of December. As mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of 6000 within 120 days from the transactional month end ie. June 2020) i haven’t received my cashback till now, . I have asked in shop where i brought, they said to check with bank.
