I purchased an i-phone in Feb-20, during that time I was eligible for HDFC bank cashback offer. But it has been 150 days that I never received cashback. They asked to fill a form, write an email to card services customer care, but no soul responded back for the tickets whichever I raised. Unsure if I will receive cashback.
