HDFC Bank — cashback not received for iphone 11 purchase

I have purchased iphone from unicorn store on 05/01/2020 and was entitled for 6000 cashback within 120 days of transaction. It’s been 5 months now but cashback not credited to my credit card for emi ref#09999999980107000302863
