HDFC Bank — cashback not received for samsung tv purchased

I was supposed to receive cashback after 3 months of purchase of Samsung Tv bought from Reliance digital on 21 december, 2019 with HDFC FINANCE Loan no. [protected]. Why I haven’t received the cashback yet. Please help
