[Resolved] HDFC Bank — cashback not received from hdfc (pos tanishq)

As per the offer details (5% cashback, max 4k), i and my cousin made 2 separate transactions at tanishq, both amounting to more than 80k each from different hdfc cards. Dated 22nd sept 2017.

I have still not received the cashback till now.

I called the customer care and but they have not idea about this offer.

This is totally unexpectable behavior and i am thinking of closing my hdfc credit card.

In this regard, we regret to assist you further in the absence of the card details, Having said this, we request you to provide the following details to the below e-mail id to enable us to do the needful. 1.Name as mentioned in the card account, 2.Last four digit of your credit card (xxxx xxxx xxxx 1234), 3.Contact number as updated in the card account and latest contact number. 4.Email address as updated in the card account. You may write to us at [protected]@hdfcbank.com and we shall assist you. Mention this Ref No. TTU[protected] in the subject of your mail so it'll help us track your e-mail.
