HDFC Bank — cashback not received (iphone 11 pro purchase)

Address: No. 43/120 5th Main 6th Cross, Appu Rao Road, Chamrajpet, Bangalore

I had purchased an iPhone 11 Pro on 21st December, 2019.
I still haven't received a cashback of Rs. 6000 from HDFC Bank even after 120 days from the purchase.
