I have taken samsung s9 plus on emi from the hdfc bank with a cashback offer of rs. 6000. It's been more than 6 months since paid all the emi but still, i have not received the cashback of rs.6000 which i was supposed to get after 3 emi. I have paid all the EMI on time then Why I have not received cashback? It's already delayed by 6 months I am sure this not due to Pandemic. I was supposed to receive the cashback 6 months back.
