[Resolved] HDFC Bank — cashback not received on iphone purchase

Hi, I purchased iphone 11 using hdfc bank debit card on 26/01/2020 from cariano store, kamla nagar delhi through which i was entitled to receive a cashback of rs.6000.00 within 120 days. I have not received the cashback as of now. I also contacted the store but they asked me to contact the bank. The customer care service of the bank is not functional.
