[Resolved] HDFC Bank — cashback not received on my purchase of apple iphone 11

I bought my iphone 11 on[protected], and i was told that i will receive cashback of 6000 rs in my account after 120 days and it has been 5 months till now i haven't received any cashback and there is no response from hdfc customer care. I still have the billing slip with all the details with me.
Please help.
