[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — cashback not returned | number of days has been crossed to return the cashback

Based on the hdfc bank's cashback option, the purchase was made in one of the authorized stores in february 2020.

120 days was the time duration for the cashback to be credited to the account, but the duration as long passed and the bank is not providing any proper update.

As the customer pay 3.49% interest for availing emi moratorium, request the bank to pay the same interest rate for causing a delay in returning the cashback amount.

Or provide the cashback at the earliest possible.

Disbursed the cashback post raising the compliant, no communication from the back side regarding the delay and any other stuffs.
HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
