I bought an iPhone at an iworld store and payed using my HDFC debit card in full on 2nd December 2019. I was promised 6000 cashback on the 69000 I payed for the iPhone which was to be credited within 120 days of the it's been time but I haven't received the money in my account the card I used was a rupay debit card. I have attached the receipt along with the complaint please see to that issue.
