Hi, i haven't receive the cash back of rs 6000 for iphone 11 purchase on 12 jan 2020. Purchase amount was converted to emi and 3 emi transaction is over. It has crossed 120 days. Tried to call in call center but due to lockdown there was no option in ivr. Also raised complain via hdfc portal but no response. Can you please check and revert.

Updated by Prashant Chowdhury guys someone named Dipak Sharma contacting me on Sunday from various number [protected] / [protected] / [protected]. Is he from Consumer complain team? as he mentioned he is and he has all info about this complain. Sorry but i am finding it fishy as who works on Sunday and why same person calling me from different number everytime.
