[Resolved] HDFC Bank — cashback on iphone not received

I had purchased iphone xr on jan18 2020. Its has been more than 120 days and cashback of 5000 inr has not been credited to my credit card. The phone was purchased at global access bangalore and they said to reach out to the bank regarding this issue I tried calling the bank but seems they are not taking complaints. When it comes to loan emi they deduct it before time but when it comes to cashback, they seem to forget it. I am extremely disappointed with the service Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
