[Resolved] HDFC Bank — charging higher interest rates on home loan

Hdfc home loan account[protected].

I have availed home loan from hdfc bank @ 10.05% interest in 2013.in 2016 i converted the same to floating interest. Bank initially changed interest rates from 10.05% to 9.25% (March 2017). After this change bank has not revised the interest rates charged. Now i am still charged interest rate of 9.25% as against 8.3% for new customers.

No response from bank on complaint.
