[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Check bounce

Today is 5th may and my last installment fall this date and till now my account is not debited with rs 2000. I contact hdfc customer care and they say that i have to wait till 7 pm but till now my account not debited so i guess they bounce my check as they have no satisfactory ans and and today i little bit late but deposited before 4 pm. As my bank deduct some money for non maintainable rs 3000.

1) Date of cheque deposit
2) Cheque number
3) Account number in which the transaction took place
4) Whether Loan EMI paid
5) Contact number.
