HDFC Bank — Cheque book not received

Dear sir

I had requested for a cheque book from my current account number [protected] under net banking on 8 or 9 june 2020.

But even today, till 27 june 2020, i have not received the cheque book.

And please do not stop my complaint by writing in the reply of this mail that your cheque book is late due to covid-19.

You just tell me that on which date you have sent my cheque book & from which courier u have sent it, & when will i get it? And if it is not sent, when will it be sent?

Please give me all details as soon as possible.
