Dear sir/s,
We being your preferred customer with id no.75584610 & ac. No :[protected] would hereby regret to say that we are not satisfied with the services being provided at your branch no.1455.
That i/w chq was returned on 26/09/17 ref. No.36 on grounds on insufficient funds despite of being funded immediately within 2 pm on same day on sms intimation and that too, despite being assured by your person in-charge that she would clear it after getting it funded at 1.30pm. Consequently, we were charged with 590/- by you and 1000/ bounce charge by the beneficiary party.
That again two i/w chq was returned on 24/09/17 with ref. No.44 & 48 on same grounds and under same circumstances. As a result we were again slapped with penalty of rs.2000/- for the two cheques from the party.
You being largest private sector bank setting standards and claiming extraordinary services in terms customer relations & services and because of the extraordinary services provided to us our image that was build since years was tarnished within a day.
It is observed that there is great urgency to train your employees to lay emphasis on to retaining existing customers rather to going out for new ones.
Finally, if you really take serious for our concern you would crediting back us with rs.3590/- else we shall opt for government banks for banking services who provides better services than you in terms of holding cheques by 2pm and making calls for same that too less expensive than you. —
